Averi management was slow to respond to my questions before, during and after my stay. The unit was nice and a great location with beautiful views. Internet and TV was both not working during our entire stay except for last night. To Averi credit, the mgr of Averi and I finally talked about the situation and she totally understood we were disappointed in the situation and they issued a partial credit back. The whole building was being redone at the time by a new cable company. Our unit just had not been completed yet, done now. Still a nice place with easy beach access.
