This corner, penthouse unit has awesome views of the Gulf that can be seen while relaxing on the living room sofa or sitting on the balcony! The living and dining area feel open and spacious with 15’ vaulted ceilings and a large framed mirror on the back wall. This unit features Wireless HIGH-SPEED Internet. The electronics in this unit are top-of-the-line: 42” flat panel TV with HIGH DEFINITION and Blu-ray DVD player in the living; 32” flat panel TV with HIGH DEFINITION and Blu-ray DVD player in the master bedroom; and 26” flat panel TV with a built-in DVD player in the guest bedroom. Each bedroom has clock radios with iPod docking stations. The fully-equipped kitchen has upgraded appliances and everything you need to prepare daily meals. The master bedroom has a new king Stearns & Foster pillow top mattress and provides an expansive coastline view of the Gulf while lying in bed! There is new tile throughout. The guest bedroom has bunk beds consisting of a twin on top and double on bottom with a pull out twin trundle and shares the hall bathroom. This unit also features a full-size washer/dryer.

Overall a nice place to stay. The view was great, we had an easy short walk to the beach. The place was clean and quiet. Our host was responsive, usually with an hour. The place was very clean and a great price for the weekend we went. Beds were comfy, they had most items needed to cook a meal there. A few issues, Fire alarm went off at 7am & 5pm for about 5 minutes with no way to turn off. (We were not cooking) With the construction there is little parking close, so you have to park far and walk. Also you only get the amount of parking passes that there are bedrooms, so you have to park 5 minutes away and get a ride or walk…

Well appointed unit with great view and easy tv operations that not all units have. We'd stay here again and we've stayed in several 15+ units at Mainsail.
