ADI Upcoming Walkway & Balcony Restoration:
Please be advised that the HOA will begin a building-wide walkway and balcony
restoration project starting November 1, 2026 , with staging and prep work beginning
October 26, 2026 . The project is expected to run through March 1, 2027 .
During this timeframe, individual balconies will be completely inaccessible at various
points while work is being performed. Additionally, balcony outdoor furniture will be
temporarily moved inside the units for safety.
Please note that this timeline is subject to change based on weather and construction
variables. We appreciate your understanding as we work to keep the property safe and
beautiful.

My husband and I stayed at this Airbnb for a short getaway. Condo was clean, grounds were well kept, security was visible monitoring the property regularly (not that the area is unsafe), view was great, beach is close (walkable), there are a few restaurants within walking distance, beach bar, chair and umbrella service (at the beach it is 60.00/day, if you go through the surf shop connected to the condo you get 2 chairs, an umbrella, and a cooler for 40.00/day complete with a cart to haul it!
Would stay here again.

The condo looked exactly as pictured. Perfect ocean view and convenient to restaurants and shopping. The walk to the beach was easy but I recommend bringing a wagon for your stuff. The condo had one beach chair and no beach towels. Sheets in the master bedroom did not fit the bed well but the beds were comfortable. The thermostat is preset at 72 and was comfortable with ceiling fans. The pools were huge and clean. The condo and property was clean. Make sure you bring toilet paper, garbage bags, spices for cooking, laundry pods and dish pods/soap. There was a small starter supply of these things but not enough for a week. Overall it was a great property and would stay again. Perfectly sized for my family of four including two adults and two teenagers.
