Overall, the home was very comfortable for my group. The management company was very responsive when contacted for issues with the AC and refrigerator and continued to ensure we had everything we needed.

The house was very beautiful and we really enjoyed it. The only thing I didn’t like, I had to park my third vehicle around the block in a dark area. When the house we had can clearly hold three vehicles, I didn’t understand that at all.

The house was great - in a great location and close to beaches, restaurants and everything you need. The management company were EXTREMELY difficult to contact. We had issues with entry to the property - had been given a 3 digit access code when the lock actually required a 4 digit code. Tried calling Avari with no response. We finally - after many combinations and trials on codes, figured it out and got ourselves in. Halfway through the trip, the refrigerator stopped working and again we tried calling Avari and could not get to talk to anyone. Called AirBnB and they helped us connect to Avari and get a maintenance person out. AirBnB customer support have been fabulous through all this. The house is great, but I wish it was not so difficult to connect with the management company in charge as it made for a day’s work to try to get talking to someone to resolve any issue.

This was a great house in an awesome location and all would have been perfect, except for the parking issue. For a house that sleeps 12, the assumption is there will be several cars. The booking does clearly say you can only have two cars at the residence, and any additional cars have to park at the overflow lot. That would be simple enough and we were fine with that. However, what’s not disclosed is the overflow area in the neighborhood only offers room for two vehicles, total. These two spots were taken up by the same cars the whole stay. The only other parking available for house guest is 8-10 mins down the road at the Vacasa office area. This is definitely something that needs to be clearly explained, as it creates very inconvenient logistics when everyone is planning events at the same time and trying to do things as a group.
