Great location! This is not a luxurious property but was well worth the stay for my family of 4 and two pets. The location was not in the middle of chaotic traffic and was a simple walk across the street to the beach! The condo was clean, plenty of parking, complimentary essentials, and a few beach chairs was a bonus! We loved the balcony overlooking the courtyard and spent a good amount of time outside. The pool was great! Even though the beach was across the street my kids had to partake in the pool. We did use the laundry, HUGE BONUS, and the provided laundry pods was wonderful. I appreciated the fact laundry could be paid for by simply downloading an app. Super convenient. My family very much enjoyed our stay!

We had a great stay. The Avari Team was very responsive and accommodating. The property was clean and had everything we needed.

The sofa was really dirty. It should be out on the curb. Refrigerator was dirty on top. The rest was fine but outdated furniture.

We had an incredible stay! The location in Santa Rosa Beach was perfect—just a short walk to the public beach. The house was clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommend staying here if you're visiting 30A!
