The house was very convenient if you have a dog. It included a small fenced in back yard with patio furniture and a large umbrella. The house itself was about 2 blocks from the beach. The house is on a small cul-de-sac with a pool and BBQ grills in the middle. Check in and check out were easy.

Avari response:

Thank you, Kyle, for sharing your experience with us. We're thrilled to hear that you found our home convenient for your dog and enjoyed the fenced-in backyard and patio setup. Being just a couple of blocks from the beach is definitely a perk, and we’re glad you appreciated the peaceful cul-de-sac with the pool and BBQ grills.

It’s great to know that the check-in and check-out process was smooth for you. We strive to make every aspect of your stay as easy and enjoyable as possible. We hope to welcome you and your furry friend back to Santa Rosa Beach soon for another relaxing getaway!

Beautiful, clean, comfortable and safe. We loved staying here, the home was very clean and the neighborhood was very close to the beach access. Amazing food around, pool was a great plus too. Very nice team to communicate with. Seaside was just 5-10min away. Patio was perfect to hang out with family and for our dog! 100% recommended.

The cottage was super cute. The pool was steps from the front door. The beach is a short, pleasurable walk. The home was clean. There were games under the TV console for entertainment. The back patio was a nice place to relax. The bunk room was cute but I think the space would be even better if they did away with the bunk bed and put either 2 double beds or 1 double and 1 twin, side-by-side. The climb to the twin on top of the double bunk was narrow and steep. It would have also be beneficial to have had a few extra blankets/linens, and a few basics in the kitchen like aluminum foil, salt-pepper, etc. None of those things were present. The bathrooms were well stocked with body-wash, shampoo, etc. It is also worth nothing there are no beach towels or beach chairs for use, you'll need to bring your own. Ample parking for 2 mid-size vehicles and a golf-cart. WIFI was spotty. Vacasa was great. Offered late check-out for a reasonable extra fee - which we enjoyed. Overall 4 star. Would return!
