Hello Guests! Please read all the information included below! CONTACT INFO: For assistance, please call 1-800-467-3529 or 1-850-267-2693. CHECK-IN: While check-in begins at 4 PM CST, you are welcome to arrive early and enjoy the private pool or public beach access while your home is being prepared. PARKING: The driveway can accommodate up to three vehicles. Please do not park in the driveways of neighboring homes, as this could result in towing. Please note that parking boats, trailers, RVs, or jet skis as well as street parking, is strictly prohibited. No parking pass is required for this home. DIRECTIONS TO UNIT: If you have any questions regarding location or directions, please contact us at 850-267-2693. AIR CONDITIONING/BALCONY DOORS: It is important to always keep the balcony doors closed. Leaving them open while the air conditioning is running can cause the system to freeze, rendering it inoperable for several hours The temperature should be set at 70F. OCEAN/BEACH ACCESS: The newly built Seagrove Regional Beach Access on 30A (across from Cumberland Farms) is a short walk or bike ride away. Beach Service is not included however you can purchase this service on-line from Coastal's booking platform at https://waltoncountychairs.com or call 850-233-0914. Coastal is the only authorized vendor for all beach chair rentals at public beach access points in Walton County. SUPPLIES: Avari provides a complementary starter pack containing 2 trash bags in the kitchen trash can, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 laundry pod, 3 dishwasher pods, 1 bottle of liquid dish soap, and 1 sponge. For every bathroom, you will receive 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 bar of body soap and one bar of hand soap. You will be responsible for any extra supplies needed during your stay. BIKES/LSV RULES: This home comes with 4 complementary beach cruisers. To access the bikes you will need to fill out and submit a bike waiver from La Dolce Vita. Once the waiver has been received you will receive an email with instructions on how to unlock the bikes. All rental bikes, including privately owned bikes, must be stored outside on the property. Bikes that are not properly stored may be picked up and removed with no additional notice. 1 By the Sea has an outside electrical outlet that will work to charge certain LSVs. All rental bikes and LSVs must be clearly marked with: Delivery date, Unit number, Company name, and Contact phone number for the provider. Bikes and LSVs may not be left indefinitely as part of a rental package and must be picked up no later than 24 hours after the current guest check out. TRASH DISPOSAL: There are two trash receptacles located at the end of the driveway. Please ensure that all trash is bagged before placing it in the receptacles. Trash collection occurs on Mondays and Thursdays. Note that Waste Management will not pick up any bags or boxes left on the ground. POOL: Enjoy the private plunge pool located on the side of the home, surrounded by a privacy fence to ensure your peace and tranquility. Lounge chairs are provided in the pool area along with an extra-large, free standing, beach umbrella for comfort and for convenience, an outdoor dining table with chairs is added. Pool heat can be provided for an extra fee of $60 per night between the months of September - April 1. The extra charge should be paid before your arrival date. IMPORTANT! NO DIVING IS PERMITTED IN THE POOL. MAIL/DELIVERIES: Please do not have anything mailed to the home, as we do not have access to the mailbox. If you would like to receive mail during your stay: UPS can hold packages for five days at local centers, although special restrictions may apply during Christmas season. Amazon offers a locker service in certain locations. Any packages sent via USPS should be marked "General Delivery" with your name and address. Mail can be picked up at the local post office in Seagrove Beach with proper identification. WIFI/SERVICE/TV: Wifi is available, but please note that due to high occupancy during peak season and an overload within the South Walton County system you may experience sporadic outages or poor connections. Feel free to reset the modem if you believe the issue is specific to the unit. We recommend using fewer devices to assist with maintaining a stable connection. This unit does not come equipped with cable TV; however, it has smart TVs. Upon your departure, please ensure you are signed out of all streaming services on the TV's, as we will not be responsible for any unauthorized use. DAMAGES : If any accidental damage occurs, please report it immediately so we can assess the situation and minimize the extent of the damage.
