Layout was a bit funky - kid’s bunk beds right next to the bathroom with the door outside to the pool. One pullout couch didn’t work.

Shutters in kitchen, light above sink and oven handle were broken when we got there.

Pool couldn’t be used until the 2nd day because of a chemical treatment.

Floors were super sandy when we arrived.

Never received the code for the bikes that said they were included with rental.

Cleaning person leaving when we arrived and was very nice. Said the place had been destroyed so she was trying to get things fixed, but sounded like someone should’ve been sent to help her

The listing states the pool is heated. When I asked if I needed to ask for it to be heated they told me there is a $60 fee per day. There is no mention of additional fees in the pre listing information for the pool.
Also, the back yard IS NOT PET FRIENDLY IF YOU HAVE SMALL PETS. Both 20lbs dogs were able to run out under the fence all the way around the house. It was a nightmare. Both of these amenities were the reasons we booked this property. It was a disappointment to say the least.

This home is perfection. Wonderful location, spacious, lovely outdoor space with pool and so close to the beach. It was so nice that the bikes were included.

Came for a family trip with all adults it was a perfect set up for us! Great location! Would be a great set up for families with kids as well. So nice having a private pool to use. Beach was very close and walkable. We will come back for sure.

This home has it all for large or multi family use. TVs in every room, everything we needed for cooking, games, porches for morning coffee, and the funnest pool and sitting area around it outside! We thoroughly enjoyed the house and its amenities! The only complaints I heard and experienced myself was that the beds were not too comfortable but all in all a wonderful house!
