We enjoyed our stay overall. The location was excellent, just a short walk to the beach, and the home had plenty of bedrooms and beds, making it perfect for a larger group. The private pool was also a great feature and added a lot to our stay.

The main downside was the cleanliness and maintenance. The pool had not been cleaned when we arrived, and the grills either needed a very thorough cleaning or should be replaced. In general, the outdoor areas could use better upkeep and more attention to cleaning and maintenance.

That said, when we brought these concerns to management’s attention, they responded quickly and offered to provide amenities and solutions to address some of the issues, which we appreciated.

Despite the maintenance concerns, the home’s location, space, and amenities made for an enjoyable stay.

Layout was a bit funky - kid’s bunk beds right next to the bathroom with the door outside to the pool. One pullout couch didn’t work.

Shutters in kitchen, light above sink and oven handle were broken when we got there.

Pool couldn’t be used until the 2nd day because of a chemical treatment.

Floors were super sandy when we arrived.

Never received the code for the bikes that said they were included with rental.

Cleaning person leaving when we arrived and was very nice. Said the place had been destroyed so she was trying to get things fixed, but sounded like someone should’ve been sent to help her

The listing states the pool is heated. When I asked if I needed to ask for it to be heated they told me there is a $60 fee per day. There is no mention of additional fees in the pre listing information for the pool.
Also, the back yard IS NOT PET FRIENDLY IF YOU HAVE SMALL PETS. Both 20lbs dogs were able to run out under the fence all the way around the house. It was a nightmare. Both of these amenities were the reasons we booked this property. It was a disappointment to say the least.
