This beautiful Gulf-front vacation rental includes patio doors in the living room leading to a private balcony that provides a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. Pickleball courts are also nearby, so grab your paddles and have a friendly game together. Other features of this upgraded and contemporary-style vacation rental condo include granite countertops, upgraded cabinets, a full-size refrigerator, cooktop stove and oven, microwave, and dishwasher, along with all the dishes, pots and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. The bathroom includes a tub and a vanity, light fixture and cabinets. The bedroom and the living room have TVs and DVD players along with a VCR in the living room.

Things to Know
Complimentary beach service of one umbrella and two chairs is offered from March 1 through October 31. Paddleboards, kayaks, and bicycles are available for an additional charge.

We had a great stay! The unit was lovely and met our needs fully. We just love being right on the oceanfront. The building had easy access to the beach, the pool was nice, and the complimentary chairs and umbrella were icing on the cake!
