Overview

Palacio 1004 is a welcoming condo located in Perdido Key, boasting incredible Gulf-front views of the sparkling crystal-clear waters. This 10th-floor condo offers beachy-themed décor, comfortable furnishings, and a truly “at home” ambiance.

Upon entering, you will find both guest bedrooms, each including a TV and access to an en suite bathroom. The well-equipped kitchen boasts granite countertops, and all the utensils, appliances, and cookware needed to create your favorite meals. The kitchen opens into the dining area and living room, allowing for plenty of space for the whole family. Perch at the breakfast bar, then gather at the dining table for special meals. Find matching furnishings and beach-chic décor, as well as a TV and DVD player in the living area.

You will have the option to work out in the fitness center, play tennis on two of our secured tennis courts, relax in our outdoor pool, swim laps in our seasonally heated lap pool, grill burgers on one of our poolside charcoal grills, or unwind in the outdoor hot tub. Plus beach service is available for an added fee between March - October.

Everything was just as it showed to be in pictures. Everything was very nice and clean! I contacted host a couple time with questions and always got a quick response back. View from room was perfection!

Beautiful condo. Very spacious and clean upon arrival. Me and some friends had such a lovely stay. Would definitely book a second time. The pictures don’t do this lovely space enough justice!

We LOVED this Airbnb!! We got a great deal for booking the last minute. It was very clean. Very comfy (the couch swallowed me up and I loved it). The view was beautiful and everything was well maintained! The workers we came into contact with were kind as well as the people living in the other condos. One complaint. Nowhere in any emails could I find how to get into the building. We arrived at 8pm and the front doors to access the building was locked and you needed a code. Thank goodness a couple came and let us in. We got into our room with no problem and then found the wristbands that allowed us to get into the building. But clear instructions should be given on what to do if arriving once front doors are locked. We will definitely be back!

This is a great condo. It is beautifully decorated and the furniture and beds are very comfortable. We had all of the items we needed for cooking. The hall bathroom is a little tight and the fridge door doesn't open all the way because it is close to the wall. Neither are deal breakers.

We have always had good luck with this rental company and have rented from them many times, however, we did struggle with communication this trip. The texting app does not work with specific requests.
