This was a nice condo for the price we enjoyed our stay. The host was responsive when I asked questions. The room could use some updates on some stuff but other than that it’s a great place to stay

Terrible customer service. Terrible maintenance practices

Nice amenities, but trying to resolve issues was more than difficult

Parking pass link didn't work. Spent 30 minutes on hold on the phone number YOU provided in email. Only to find out that is the old company. After arriving, we had no way to connect to internet. I messaged through chat on emails to no avail. The blinds in main room were broken so neighbors could literally watch you in bed. My wife had to sleep on pullout mattress, which was absolutely miserable to sleep on. Blinds in living room and kitchen were literally pulling out of the wall. On the day of checkout someone finally called. That was 3 days too late. This was my birthday vacation, which could have been wonderful, except for the lack of customer service, and the lack of care for customers.
