Home was beautiful and just as described. The code we received for the door keypad was incorrect. What we received was the code for the key lock box next to the door and luckily figured that out to be able to use them for entry.

This place was so beautiful and comfortable truly felt like his away from home. we had a family emergency and had to check out early, they were so kind and understanding. we will definitely book this home again.

The house was spacious, updated and clean. It was a close walk to the beach. The check in process was difficult and frustrating. I received several emails about getting the code 1 hour prior to check in. When that time came, no code was given. I sent 2 emails to get the code and didn't get a response. I called Avari 3 times and was on hold for a total of almost an hour. when I finally got through, I was told I didn't complete the portal (which I had) and that was why I didn't get a code. After additional checking, it was determined that I had completed the portal and was given the code. Upon arrival to the home at 8 p.m. in the dark, the code didn't work on the lock. We called Avari again and they were trying to figure out a new code. In the meantime, my husband noticed a lockbox with a combination near the door. He used the same code and was able to open it and luckily there was a key inside. Clearly there are issues with the lock. We used a key for our entire stay. Very frustrating!

The house was beautiful and the location was great, management not so much!

Want to make a few notes for future guests. The listing had said there were beach towels but that was not the case. I messaged avari twice about that and never got a response. Beach towels at a beach house are pretty important so I eventually went and bought a couple. Unfortunately one of their white ones got mixed in and ended up a little blue. Sorry about that! Also want people to know that if you are staying more than a day or two you will need paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, laundry soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags. Most air b and b's seem to have some basic things left by previous guests like salt and pepper and coffee filters but this had nothing. Lastly there were only a handful of washcloths and one kitchen towel.

Also, the code was supposed to be sent in an email 1 hour before check in but the code was not in the email. On hold for about 15 minutes before I got the code.
