We loved our stay here!! The house was perfect for our needs. Beach was nice and quiet as well. It was a bit of a walk from the house but we ended up just driving and parking in the parking lot. The pool in the backyard was convenient too. There were some leaves in there upon arrival, but they got cleaned up quickly after I called. The community pools were great as well. We would definitely stay here again!!

Things to know
The entire private neighborhood is constantly being renovated. You will have construction somewhere. You wont get in contact with the owner, its a slow chain of communication between you a third party and the owner. Also, there are no instructions that tell you there are two gates. One you cant use and the other you need a pass to get in. Stop at the guard shedto get a temp pass because owner is so far removed from what goes on that they dont know there is a gate that requires a pass. We were literally told there is no gate, when we were parked in front of it talking to the guard. Other than this, the neighborhood is movie-like, perfect houses with perfect landscapes, almost eerie. Two private beach accesses within walking distance. Coffee shop, golfcourse and restaurant on the resort. It is 10 milesdown the stretch to get back to civilization so bring some food items. House is stocked with kitchen supplies,bedding,furniture and towls, but youll need beach towels!

I recently stayed at this property and unfortunately had several issues that impacted the overall experience. While the living room TV was functional, the other TVs in the house were not working, which was disappointing. The pool also appeared unclean and didn’t look like it had been properly maintained prior to our arrival.

Additionally, the downstairs toilet was not working, which was inconvenient, especially for a group stay. We also encountered bed bugs, which was a major concern and affected our comfort throughout the visit. To add to that, the outdoor lighting was not working, making it difficult to navigate safely at night.

We reached out multiple times to address these concerns but did not receive any response, which was extremely frustrating. Overall, I am highly disappointed with the stay.

While the home is lovely, it definitely needs some upkeep. The first thing was the direction takes you to a gate that you can’t get in. I sent a message explaining that I was having trouble locating the home and got no response until the next morning. The downstairs master bedroom cold water didn’t work and the toilet didn’t work properly so we had to use the one upstairs. The mattress covers and decorative pillows were stained as well as the shower curtain. The tv didn’t work and the only one that would connect was the one on the second floor. When we arrived the water hose was in the pool. The air conditioner seemed to never cool the house down. Then there is construction work going on next door in which they came at 7 am with the noise every morning it would have been nice to have warned about that since we had small children with us.

Wonderful stay! House is great!
2 Minor things

1) The grill desperately needs cleaning. We were able to scrape away the grime and use it, but it was a bit of a challenge
2) The TV in the large bedroom on the bottom floor - was not able to get it to work the entire trip. not a big deal for me, but could be for others.
