Overview

Located directly on the beach, this two bedroom, two bathroom Lei Lani Tower Condo directly overlooks the Gulf of Mexico. This remodeled condo features wall to wall porcelain tile and the white, sandy beaches can be enjoyed from the living room, master bedroom or the balcony. You are minutes from restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, nightlife and the infamous FloraBama.

Walk in and the kitchen is to your left. The kitchen is fully equipped to whip up your favorite meal while on vacation. Right past the kitchen is a table with seating for six and three bar stools. Your entire family can eat in during your stay. To the right, as you walk in, is the second bedroom with a queen-size bed, 24' Smart TV and DVD player. It is near the second bathroom, located in the hall, with a tub/shower combination. The washer and dryer are behind another door in the hall for your convenience as well.

Further to your right is the master bedroom suite. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, 42' flat-screen television, and DVD player, balcony access, and attached bathroom. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower with glass doors. You may wake up and see the beautiful white, sandy beaches from the master bedroom suite. Free WiFi is available throughout.

Past the kitchen and dining area is the living area. The living area has a 48' Smart flatscreen TV and DVD player. The living area has plenty of places to sit and relax, including a sleeper sofa so the condo will sleep up to six people! Amazing Gulf views can be enjoyed from the living area or, step out on the balcony and enjoy the salt air.

Enjoy memorable sunrise and sunsets from this 1st-floor balcony overlooking the white, sandy beaches of Orange Beach. If you are not enjoying the condo's amenities, the complex has two outdoor pools, indoor pool, and grilling area. This condo is located in Lei Lani Tower directly on the beach, where you may take the elevator (or stairs) down to the boardwalk straight to the gulf. However, Lei Lani Village is across the street with a traffic light that can stop traffic. In the village, you may enjoy fishing off the dock.

Location was phenomenal, loved being in the first floor. I would say the place comfortably sleeps 4, the pull out couch was extremely uncomfortable due to springs popping through the mattress. Ended up making a pallet on the floor!

The location is absolutely perfect! The condo was set up nicely and had everything we needed.

The only things that could have been better was accommodating early check-in or late check-out. Neither was honored. The sofa is definitely due for an upgrade along with cleaning or replacing the upholstery on the pillows/chairs. We did have an issue with someone creating a derogatory /nasty profile on my HBO/Max account. It could only have been whomever owns the Roku, which I would assume is the owner of the unit and most likely a teenager in the household...but this is a total assumption. However, they may want to have a discussion and I would be happy to discuss this issue further.

I would 10/10 recommend this as your place to stay … great host .. will definitely be back for my first vacation without my husband and just ladies we felt very safe … it’s amazing view of beach , very clean , and always responds so fast ….
