Lei Lani Village and Lei Lani Mini-Tower properties will be minimally affected, but common areas shared with Lei Lani Tower may be impacted. Located directly on the beach, this two bedroom, two bathroom Lei Lani Tower Condo directly overlooks the Gulf of Mexico. This remodeled condo features wall to wall porcelain tile and the white, sandy beaches can be enjoyed from the living room, master bedroom or the balcony. You are minutes from restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, nightlife and the infamous FloraBama. Walk in and the kitchen is to your left. The kitchen is fully equipped to whip up your favorite meal while on vacation. Right past the kitchen is a table with seating for six and three bar stools. Your entire family can eat in during your stay. To the right, as you walk in, is the second bedroom with a queen-size bed, 24' Smart TV and DVD player. It is near the second bathroom, located in the hall, with a tub/shower combination. The washer and dryer are behind another door in the hall for your convenience as well. Further to your right is the master bedroom suite. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, 42' flat-screen television, and DVD player, balcony access, and attached bathroom. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower with glass doors. You may wake up and see the beautiful white, sandy beaches from the master bedroom suite. Free WiFi is available throughout. Past the kitchen and dining area is the living area. The living area has a 48' Smart flatscreen TV and DVD player. The living area has plenty of places to sit and relax, including a sleeper sofa so the condo will sleep up to six people! Amazing Gulf views can be enjoyed from the living area or, step out on the balcony and enjoy the salt air. Enjoy memorable sunrise and sunsets from this 1st-floor balcony overlooking the white, sandy beaches of Orange Beach. If you are not enjoying the condo's amenities, the complex has two outdoor pools, indoor pool, and grilling area. This condo is located in Lei Lani Tower directly on the beach, where you may take the elevator (or stairs) down to the boardwalk straight to the gulf. However, Lei Lani Village is across the street with a traffic light that can stop traffic. In the village, you may enjoy fishing off the dock. Come to relax and enjoy everything Orange Beach has to offer on your next stay at this two-bedroom condo!

The view from this condo was beautiful, and the condo was definitely adequate. We also liked the size of the property - the building wasn't too large like the multi-floor monstrosities nearby. There were only two negatives: 1. There seemed to be some repair work going on. Work buckets were left in the den, and the balcony floor had huge ruts, as if it had been attacked by a jack hammer. 2. The place is showing its age, especially with the lack of convenient electrical outlets for charging electronic devices.

This was a very nice place to stay. Provided us with all the essential necessities when we arrived. The place was clean, and the king bed was very comfortable to sleep in. Liked the private beach. It was nice to be provided with chairs to sit on the beach.

place was perfect for us…. everything was in working order…. very clean…. very cozy…..we were at first concerned that being on 1st floor… view would be blocked by dunes…. but to our great relief…. view was beautiful…. we had a fantastic stay in 103…. would gladly recommend… and stay there again… thanks **** and **** for sharing your home with us… 🏖️ 🐚….

Loved that this unit was just on the outskirts of town! And the view was perfect! And Very clean! I would suggest maybe putting some type of channel guide ( although we did not watch much!) and maybe a restaurant guide- like local faves? I spent too much time going thru yelp! Lol.
