My family loved spending time on the balconies, especially the bayside one, where we were able to see dolphins swimming by several times during our stay. The kitchen and dining area were great for meal times and the beds were all very comfortable.

We loved the recently updated condo. Perfect for our fall break trip. The location is wonderful and the boat slips were nice The walk across to the gulf was easy with our older boys. The parking fees were a little sneaky and confusing . We registered our vehicle through Vacasa but then were required to also register with the condo and they charge you $62 to get the code to enter the parking lot. Would be nice if one vehicle was included in the fee schedule. Overall we were very pleased and would rent here again!
