Beyond the view and the proximity to nearby shops and restaurants, you'll find this building to be rich in amenities: a barbecue area, indoor and outdoor pools, a sauna, a steam room, an exercise room, and indoor and outdoor hot tubs. You'll also love your private balcony! The sunrises and sunsets are just stunning from this point of view. Watch commercial and recreational boats come in and out of the pass. We loved our stay here and it was a great vacation experience. This location has a beautiful peaceful private beach and jetties great for fishing. My husband wished he brought his fishing pole. There are excellent restaurants and things to do nearby, very close and accessible. The loding was exactly as described on website photos. The balcony was spacious and had a beautiful veiw of the gulf from both livingroom and master bedroom. Do not sit in the comfortable electric recliners unless you purposefully want to take a nap while on vacation. Lol. We had an amazing host, they were very tentative and friendly throughout the duration of our stay. They provided clear and detailed information the entire time and made themselves available for any questions we may have and let us they would be available if we had any issues. Definitely would love to comeback again.

After multiple beach trips over the years, this was by far the best one yet! This condo was absolutely beautiful! The balcony was the best part! The only thing we found we needed that wasn’t available, was pot holders. Will definitely stay here again!

I would book this exact same condo in the future! I absolutely loved the balcony. It was so spacious and a great value. I loved watching the boats come in and out every day and drinking coffee in the morning on the balcony. The inside of the condo was also beautiful and beachy, clean and comfortable. It was easy to get in and out and so easy to get to the beach. The location was close to all the restaurants we went to and a few grocery stores. I hope to be back!
