Parking at Pelican Pointe is limited to 2 vehicles per unit. Passes must be purchased on site upon arrival through the security guard tower located as you enter the complex. Parking Passes are $50.00/each. All forms of payment acceptable.A guard will be available at the shack between the hours of 8 am until midnight during the busy season and 4 pm to midnight in the off season.

Great location. Easy walk directly into the beach. The pool was clean and spacious . Pelican Point does not have online access to rent chairs at the time during our stay. But, You can do so directly onsite - which was no issue. Parking was $50 a car. Email said to use direct cash, but they ran our card for us in the security hut.

Not to mention the rooms: in every single room, the carpets smell foul and are moldy. My son and my husband actually had to take medication just to be able to sleep.

Pelican Point is a centralized location. The condo has 3 bedrooms and has a sleeper sofa, providing plenty of room for a large party. The views from the patio looking out across the beach and the water is breath taking.
The kitchen provided plenty of dishes and cookware, even though we didn't cook in.
The room could use some intense spot cleaning but I am a clean freak.
Great place to get away and relax during the off season.
