RESORT AMENITIES - Indoor heated pool - Seasonal unheated outdoor pool (March through October) - Kiddie pool - Fitness center - Hot tub THINGS TO KNOW Parking at Pelican Pointe is limited to 2 vehicles per unit. Passes must be purchased on site upon arrival through the security guard tower located as you enter the complex. Parking Passes are $50.00/each. All forms of payment acceptable.A guard will be available at the shack between the hours of 8 am until midnight during the busy season and 4 pm to midnight in the off season.

Pelican Point is a centralized location. The condo has 3 bedrooms and has a sleeper sofa, providing plenty of room for a large party. The views from the patio looking out across the beach and the water is breath taking. The kitchen provided plenty of dishes and cookware, even though we didn't cook in. The room could use some intense spot cleaning but I am a clean freak. Great place to get away and relax during the off season.

Overall we enjoyed our stay very much. The unit is nice, the view is great, the location is great, beach and pool access was nice. Security personnel were very helpful. Our only issue with the unit was the Wifi signal. If you're on a vacation and not worrying about work, it's perfect. If you're needing to use Wifi to get something done, you'll have issues.
