Parking at Pelican Pointe is limited to 2 vehicles per unit. Passes must be purchased on site upon arrival through the security guard tower located as you enter the complex. Parking Passes are $50.00/each. All forms of payment acceptable.A guard will be available at the shack between the hours of 8 am until midnight during the busy season and 4 pm to midnight in the off season. .

This condo was lovely. The view from the wrap around deck was breathtaking. King bed was very comfortable. We didn’t use the other beds so no comment on those. The beachfront location was perfect for our needs. Outdoor pool was nice, and the grounds were meticulously clean. I would highly recommend this place for a family vacation.

We absolutely loved this room! As a family of 6 traveling can be chaotic at times but this trip was so great. Everyone loved being in the condo or at the beach. The room was very clean and nice. We have already made plans to vacation here again next year!
