One word. Location!

This isn’t the best house we’ve stayed at. Others have felt a little cleaner, had better equipped kitchens or more modern bathrooms but the location of this house is so awesome.

We took full advantage of the bayside deck and the ocean side porch for sunrises and sunsets. Truly amazing location.

We walked to and from the bay each day and across Beinville to the ocean for shell hunting and swimming. All so simple and easy to access and enjoy.

Plenty of beds and seating for our large family.

Just wish the place felt cleaner. The washed seemed on its last legs, the fridge door is broken and the front and back doors are difficult to open and close. The kitchen is not super well stocked if you plan to cook all your meals (like we did). I’d say it was OK but not great.

The view and location makes up for it but only by a slim margin.

We loved this house. It was perfect for our needs. Great location. Great accommodations. Just know there are almost no essentials. Salt, pepper, spices, toilet paper, paper towels. Plenty of towels, bedding dishes.

Very nice place to stay. Loved that it was pet friendly and the beach was too! There were just a couple things in the house (some couch stains, broken towel rack) that didn’t lend to 5 stars. Beautiful view of the bay and easy walk to the beach access.
