Wonderful location and great home. Several light bulbs were burned out and not addressed during our stay despite being requested. Also the exterior elevator was out of service for maintenance that should have been done prior to our stay. Screen on screen porch was tattered and scatter across the back deck. Outdoor table was covered in rust and basically unusable.

This was our second time staying in this house on Dauphin Island. We love the layout. It would be great for a large family or a couple of families. We enjoy the decks and screened in porch. It has great views. The walk to the beach is very convenient. It’s easy with kids and close enough to go back if you forgot something at the house. We would definitely stay a third time.

Great location and commodious , Looking forward to another visit soon!

Great location and very comfortable.

The property management needs to pay better attention to details. The towels were dirty and stained. The beautiful screened porch hadn’t been cleaned or swept up. The screens are ripped and pieces were laying all around the porch. . I was told there was no bbq pit but there was one however a previous guest had let the pit catch fire and left a big mess on the porch. The bbq tank was empty. We refilled it at our expense. There are directv remotes but the directv did not work. I asked for assistance about tv but no response. We did receive cleaner towels but they were still old but at least not as stained and they smelled fresh.
The guests should not be asked to put laundry on upon departure. Only one package of detergent is provided. Many light bulbs were burned out.
