Very nice build and spacious. Check out is bit early at 10am especially since we cleaned kitchen and rooms and ran the laundry to help clean. If going to maintain 10am check out should have a no cleaning needed policy at check out.

Great home for our group with excellent view of lake on quite neighborhood even with busy Main Street out front. Loved it and would stay again.

Beautiful house in a great location. We loved the deck and view of the lake. It worked perfectly for our family. Very close to Speedboat Beach. House is on the main road which is very busy, so not easy to walk to Kings Beach but a very short drive. We really enjoyed our stay!

Excellent stay, we'll be coming back! we enjoyed the views of the lake from the living room and the hot tub. The architecture and design of the house are beautiful. With the large/open living room, lake views from multiple rooms, it felt somewhat luxurious and very "tahoe"
