Shared amenities include a firepit, gas grills, a private beach, a heated pool, and a seasonal pool by the private beach with a kid's pool.

Things to Know
Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m to 9 a.m. hours. In addition no open flames, no smoking, and parking permits apply. Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.

Great studio at Loveland Village, centrally location with lots of amenities.

Convenient location - loved the beach & dock, while also being so close to Whole Foods & restaurants. We even took the free bus to Cezar amphitheater for a concert & rented scooters back.

The building was a bit dated, the old carpets in the hall still smelled of smoke, but the room was clean and didn’t have the same smell. Also, we were in the bottom floor and the upstairs floor boards were super creaky/noisy.

The unit was the perfect size for my wife and I. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There are many walkable restaurants and the lake's private beach is near by. The jacuzzi was the cherry on top after a day of hiking and exploring.
