Things to Know
Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m to 9 a.m. hours. In addition no open flames, no smoking, and parking permits apply. Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.

Good location in South Lake with access to private beach. I would recommend this place for a great getaway for a couple or small family. King bed mattress is firm. Initially tricky to find exact room but on-site staff and facility map helpful for finding unit. Enjoyed access to pool and hot tub. 20-minute drive to Emerald Bay and 10-minute drive to Heavenly village and many restaurants. Host was quick to respond to messages with any questions and had clear instructions for check-in and check-out. Place was clean prior to arrival.

Like the location and pool and jacuzzi area are the best. The front desk people were friendly. My only complaint would be communication while booking. I had trouble understanding the vacasa employee who booked my stay. She was nice but couldn't speak good English so it added time and multiple phone calls before my arrival. I would definitely stay there again though. The location is perfect 👌

Comforting. Clean. WiFi great. The unit itself was perfect. The walk to the beach was perfect even in the light, crunchy snow. The parking was perfect. The staff were all very very nice with good information and directions.
