Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. In addition, no open flames, no smoking, and parking permits apply. Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.

The space and and the # of rooms and beds was perfect for our family get together. Bathrooms were a bit small as everyone in my family is close to 6 feet tall or taller. Very clean and cozy.
