Things to Know
Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. In addition, no open flames, no smoking, and parking permits apply. Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.

The townhouse was exactly as pictured and described, and the host was incredibly responsive! The location was great, and having access to the pool and hot tub in addition to the private beach was a bonus when it was too cold to swim in the lake. The location was incredibly convenient, and we loved being able to walk to The Idle Hour for a wine flight and walk to Whole Foods just across the street. I would love to stay again!

Our family of 4 enjoyed a great quick winter trip to Tahoe and this Loft was a perfect home base. The location is very close to everything we needed which made it super easy with 2 small kids. Parking is right next to the unit which is super convenient. There is enough room for two small families, so we are looking forward to coming back in summer with our parents as well!

My family and I stayed in Unit 416 at Lakeland Village and we had a wonderful stay. The Loft is located close enough to Stateline that access to Skiing and Casinos is a breeze but also you are able to remove yourself and have a peaceful trip if that's what you were looking for. Food and options for other necessities were plentiful in the area and I am excited to book for another trip.

Love this condo. Great walkable location! Lots of room, warm and cozy on cold Tahoe nights. So glad there was a coffee maker! Will stay here again!
