Things to Know
Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m to 9 a.m. hours. In addition no open flames, no smoking, and parking permits apply. Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.

Really Beautiful place and surroundings. Easy walk to the jacuzzi and pool. Place itself is very clean and quiet with a functional kitchen.

Great location 8 minutes to downtown.Its very clean easy access to the lake.Safeway and CVS just around the corner.Equipped with kitchen utensils except condiments.Overall our stay is memorable.

3 bedrooms downstairs upstairs is the kitchen and living room .since it’s a old building you can hear every footsteps from upstairs.

It was advertised as free parking in the premises but during check in we just provided 2 parking permits messaged the host that we have 3 cars they suggested that the other car can park in the casino area and security guard is on it checking every car if there a permit and the parlor is empty that I don’t understand 2 permits for 10 people.Anyway park with your own risk.

This property is great. We stayed there with another family so two families of four. Plenty of space, recently update bathrooms and kitchen and great location. Close to parking, the two hot tubs and a short walk to the free shuttle to heavenly.

Amazing location:
* across the street from Whole Foods
* few min drive to Heavenly Village
* 6 min to California Lodge at Heavenly
* 2 min walk to the lake shore
* 20 min drive to Emerald Bay
* on premise hot tub and heated pool (perfect for apres ski)

Unit is spacious and modern.

Only critique would be that the walls are a bit thin, so soundproofing is bad between rooms, and the second level floorboards creak a bit. And there is no water kettle, but other than that was a perfect 4 night stay for the family!
