Parking is limited to 2 vehicles in the driveway and 2 vehicles in the garage.
Street parking is not permitted and may result in fines or towing.
Please make sure cars are parked fully within the driveway and not blocking sidewalks or neighboring properties.
Oversized vehicles, trailers, RVs, and boats are not allowed.

Please be sure to utilize the BLACK lidded trash can for standard trash and recycling.

BLUE and GREEN lidded trash cans are NOT for guest use.
