Fika Sisters Coffeehouse

A cozier, more intimate coffee spot with excellent cappuccinos and fresh pastries. Locals’ quiet-morning pick.

Coffee shop inspired by the Swedish daily ritual of taking a break with a friend or someone new over coffee. Beloved for its creative drinks and mellow vibes.

Cottonwood Cafe

Scratch-made breakfast, including chicken fried steak and a veggie scramble with balsamic drizzle that regulars rave about. Small and cozy, expect a wait.

The Open Door

I stayed here with a group of friends for a wedding, and the location was perfect for us, especially being right next to the pickleball courts! The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of plates, utensils, cookware, and other essentials. We also really enjoyed having a deck right off the main floor.

The house was very clean, with plenty of blankets, pillows, and sheets available. Some of the mattresses were more comfortable than others, and you can tell the home has been used as a rental, so it’s not necessarily a high-end or luxury stay. That said, if you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, well-equipped house in a great location for a group, this place is a great option.

Avari response:

Thank you, Kylie, for sharing your experience with us. We're thrilled to hear that the location worked out so well for your group, especially being so close to the pickleball courts. It’s great to know that you found the kitchen well stocked and the house clean and comfortable for your stay.

We appreciate your feedback about the mattresses. While we strive to provide a cozy atmosphere, we understand that comfort can vary from person to person. Your insights help us continue to improve the experience for future guests.

We’re glad you enjoyed the deck and all the amenities we offer. It sounds like you made some wonderful memories during your time here. We would love to welcome you back anytime for another stay!

We stayed here as two young families with toddlers and the split level worked well for us. We loved that it was walkable to glaze meadow for swimming and the large table and well stocked kitchen made feeding many mouths very easy. There was a very noticable temperature difference between the top and bottom floors which made AC regulation tricky, but at least we had AC! It's a pretty bare bones cabin that's definitely had evidence of pets but had everything we needed for a fun weekend at the ranch!

We just wrapped up a team retreat at this Black Butte Ranch home and it was such a wonderful experience! The house was absolutely perfect — it had everything we needed and then some. The location was beautiful, and we loved that the pool was just a short walk away. It was quiet, cozy, and super comfortable for our two families to spread out and enjoy our time together.

We left feeling refreshed and grateful. Thank you for opening up your home and giving us such a great place to gather, work, and make memories!

With gratitude,
The team at MarriageAfterGod com

Location is 10/10, walking distance to pickleball courts and main pool! Beds are comfortable, heating great. However house could be updated, TVs are outdated and have no streaming services working, make plans to bring a laptop to connect that way. Bathrooms need some updating love as well. House totally functional in general though.
