We stayed here as two young families with toddlers and the split level worked well for us. We loved that it was walkable to glaze meadow for swimming and the large table and well stocked kitchen made feeding many mouths very easy. There was a very noticable temperature difference between the top and bottom floors which made AC regulation tricky, but at least we had AC! It's a pretty bare bones cabin that's definitely had evidence of pets but had everything we needed for a fun weekend at the ranch!

We just wrapped up a team retreat at this Black Butte Ranch home and it was such a wonderful experience! The house was absolutely perfect — it had everything we needed and then some. The location was beautiful, and we loved that the pool was just a short walk away. It was quiet, cozy, and super comfortable for our two families to spread out and enjoy our time together.

We left feeling refreshed and grateful. Thank you for opening up your home and giving us such a great place to gather, work, and make memories!

Location is 10/10, walking distance to pickleball courts and main pool! Beds are comfortable, heating great. However house could be updated, TVs are outdated and have no streaming services working, make plans to bring a laptop to connect that way. Bathrooms need some updating love as well. House totally functional in general though.
