This lovely home is located in the Agate Beach area; to the north, you can see the iconic Yaquina Head Lighthouse, and to the south, you have two miles of coastline and town to explore! Walk just a block from your door to a short trail that takes you to the beach, where you can spend time beachcombing, looking for tide pools, and relaxing on the sand. Drive south into Newport to find a variety of restaurants, shops, and activities to keep everyone busy during your stay.

This four-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom home can comfortably host eight guests and two dogs (an additional pet fee does apply). The house opens onto the living room, with a wood fireplace, flatscreen TV with cable and a Blu-ray player, and views of the majestic ocean. A full kitchen has all the tools you may need to cook up tasty meals, which you can eat family-style in the attached dining room! You will also have Internet access and a laundry room on the main level for your convenience.

Upstairs are three bedrooms and a full bathroom. The basement has been converted into a separate apartment, complete with a kitchen, a laundry room, and a living room. This is a great option for a couple to have their own space.

Outside, enjoy a peaceful, landscaped front yard. The back patio area off the basement living room has seating with amazing ocean views and a private hot tub that is perfect for relaxing after a long day walking on the beach.

This house is an amazing place to take your loved ones to explore the Central Oregon Coast and enjoy everything that wonderful Newport has to offer. Go golfing, peruse some antique shops, get a drink at the Rogue Brewery, visit the aquarium, or try crabbing and fishing in the bay!

Stay at this gorgeous home with enough space for everyone, and get the most out of your trip!

*Please note that the trail leading to the beach is a longer trail and the end of the trail leads out to a creek that can rise during the rainy stormy season. The guests should use caution in the fall and winter months.

This property is dated but comfortable, and offers good value for a large group. The garden area is beautiful. The home was clean but expect older appliances and radiator-style heat. There is ample parking. Check-in instructions were confusing. We received instructions to enter a key code but this is a keyed entry, with the key being in a combination lock case. There is a key pad on the garage door (which you see immediately), and there is a key pad on another door (the next door you see), hence the confusion. Overall this was a minor inconvenience. We would stay here again.

The view and property grounds were beautiful with good landscaping, but the inside of the house was historic yet a little more worn down in some places. The dining room had a little bit of of a musty smell throughout our stay that was pretty noticeable. The hot tub was clean, hot and very relaxing, which was a huge plus! Overall I would probably stay here again, if only just for the view and the historic look of the house.

We enjoyed our stay. The home was lovely and the location was quintessentially Oregon Coast. The views were beautiful and the home was a classic. Thanks for having us.

This is the coolest place with the best views . I was so impressed when I got there I immediately wanted to extend my stay but they had already booked the days after I was there . Its a little tricky getting down to the beach if your drinking but you got this !!! Love your place so so much and I am booking for March if there is any slots available .
