The location is perfect with just a short, 2 blocks, walk to the beach. The place is older but very cozy and comfortable… perfect for relaxing and having the dog along. The kitchen has everything you could want if you needed to cook dinner or bake cookies. It’s close to restaurants and a bakery that were really good. We liked it a lot and will recommend it to friends. The fact that it was 70 degrees in early February didn’t hurt either.

Nice location but part of a 4-plex with a shared Laundry room. I must have missed that in the listing.

We stayed for 6 days and everything was perfect. It is older but quaint and very quiet, never heard anything other than the ocean when I opened the door early am. Ocean, food and shopping just a walk away. Also this place accepted our dog , as did every restaurant and shop we wanted to visit. Just perfect!

I really liked the location and how you can easily walk to every thing, the beach, restaurants, shops etc. The property was very clean, however it’s old and the place feels very tired. However if you are not spending a lot of time in the house it’s a good value.
