The apartment was very comfortable. The view of the ocean was wonderful. Very clean and decorated very nicely. The only complaint we had, is the room did get stuffy and there isn't a fan or A/C to cool it off. We had to keep one of the windows open all night long, which kept it cool but the ocean is loud. Nye beach has many cute shops and restaurants within walking distance. I would stay here again.

Had an issue getting in the unit at first. Property manager was very helpful to clear up the problem.
Great location, quiet and private despite being in a condo.
Absolutely would stay here again.

Lots of problems with the lock. Pain the the butt to find someone to help. There does seem to be no Avari personnel in town. Matt, one of the guys working around the area was the best help.
