The location in Nye Beach at Newport is terrific, just a short walk to terrific restaurants and beach access. Newport is doing a fair amount of building in this area, so while we were there we had some construction noise during the day, but not too bad. This location was perfect for us and our dog, very comfortable.

Property was as expected. Clean, comfortable, good location. Parking is tight if you are traveling in separate cars but there is street parking too. We basically just slept there. Didn't even turn on the TV or cook...though there was an abundance of kitchen gadgets to use.I'd reccomended this place only if you are ok with the check-in process. I was required to sign a form about agreeing to the usual like paying for any damages, checkin/checkout times, etc but it went on to say criminal and financial background checks too. You'd have thought I was moving in for a year. It made me hesitant to provide copies of both sides of my license. Wish this was known upfront instead of a week before our stay.
