Stunning view and perfectly quiet and peaceful! Laying in bed from the primary bedroom, you can watch the sunset unobstructed — incredible. The balcony is private and the unit is spacious. Main bathroom is beautiful. All in all very comfortable and just a short drive from Nye Beach.

Main complaint is that the window between the balcony and the main bedroom lets in a ton of light from the street lamp outside. I woke up at midnight and thought it was dawn — had a hard time sleeping because of it. A blackout curtain would be nice for that window.

The unit is super easy to access, has nice touches — like soaps and such packaged for your stay — and the building and neighborhood feel safe. We would return.

We had a nice couple nights. Very roomy and quiet. We only had one minor disappointment. There was a a person living in their car next to the beach access down the street to the north. It made it a little uncomfortable.

We had a wonderful stay in Newport. The condo itself was fantastic, very comfortable, and the view was absolutely superb — truly one of the highlights of our trip. We couldn’t have asked for a better setting and really enjoyed our time there.

We did have a small issue with the door code when we arrived, which delayed us getting into the condo by about 45 minutes, but once we contacted the management company they helped us get it sorted out.

Overall, it was a terrific stay and we would happily stay here again. The beautiful property and incredible view far outweighed the minor check-in hiccup.
