It has a great location in the desirable Nye Beach district of Newport and boasts incredible views of the ocean from inside and out. Inside this spacious condo, you will find everything you need including a well-appointed kitchen and comfortable furnishings.

Beach access can be found just a block down the street. The condo is located in the Northern part of Newport where you will find many dining options within walking distance. Major shopping and groceries are also just a short drive away. The famous Yaquina Head Lighthouse and Outstanding Natural Area are just a short drive to the north, about three miles.

Clean with a beautiful view!

The condo has a beautiful view. The location was perfect, and parking was easy. It was nice to have an elevator for bringing luggage up to the 3rd floor. The condo was clean, and tastefully decorated. We did not cook while there, but it seemed like there were enough items to do this.

A full size bed in one bedroom wouldn't be ideal for 2 people, but not sure a queen would fit.

Instructions should be left on how to use the TV with all 3 remotes. If you don’t use Ruku you are at a disadvantage.
