The location was very good and place was spacious. Close to shops and the beach so that is what you are paying for here. However, I should have heeded the warnings about cleanliness. We saw lots of things that needed to be cleaned that were disturbing. I contacted the rental company and they cleaned up some of the issues but I never got to get in the hot tub because it was filthy and they poured a bunch of heavy cleanser in it but didn't actually clean it out. We got a bit of a discount but the only reason I booked here is because we wanted a hot tub for our visit. Other dirty items were: dishes dirty due to old crappy dishwasher- be prepared to hand wash and dry everything, 1 creepy cum stained blanket we found the next day after use, shower downstairs was backing up, dirty diaper and dog toy under the bed. The place was a bit old and beaten up but that was fine if they could get better cleaning service and a new dishwasher.

Great location, comfortable house with 3 bedrooms downstairs and one upstairs. The living room and the kitchen are upstairs (my guess is because of the ocean view from the top floor). The property is not oceanfront but it has some view of the ocean. Very close to the beach and a nice oceanfront park nearby. The 101 with lots of restaurants, etc., is a 5-minute walk away. Great location, great house. Loved the stay.

Loved the view and close to to everything. It was a bit noisy, because of its location, but still a great place. Close to beach access, restaurants, green areas and has hot tub.
