This condo enjoys a prime beachfront location in the historic Nye Beach neighborhood of Newport. It's a fantastic spot for exploring on foot, with a number of restaurants and shops in the surrounding blocks. You'll also be close to the Newport Historic Bayfront (one mile), Agate Beach State Recreation Site (one mile), the renowned Oregon Coast Aquarium (two miles), and the whale-watching epicenter of Depoe Bay (13 miles). The view is the star attraction here, whether you're sipping your coffee on the covered balcony or watching the waves roll in through the living room's picture window. Summer or winter, the condo is bright and comfortable. Prepare meals with ease in the open kitchen, sit down for dinner and card games at the dining table, and stream movies by the gas fireplace afterwards - all with a view of the ocean. In the evenings, there's another TV in the bedroom, a washer/dryer to refresh your swimsuits, and complimentary WiFi to help you plan tomorrow's adventures. There are even two full bathrooms - one for the bedroom and one for your guests on the living room sofabed. We have stayed in this building before but love when we get a 3rd floor. The table and chairs on the deck were very nice. The place was cute and very comfortable. The pics don’t show area rugs but there is one under the coffee table in front of the the sofa and one on each side of the bed which made it much much nicer. They request no shoes so bring your slippers as the open floors are a bit cold in winter. This place is very affordable and worth the price when compared to other places in Nye Beach.
