Just one block from the beach, this four-bedroom home boasts a private, fully enclosed yard complete with a deck, grill, and private hot tub to help you make the most of your visit. Great local shopping and dining options are just a short stroll away along Coast Street. Coast Park and the Newport Performing Arts Center are right across the street.

The home features gorgeous Victorian design with a spacious, two-story floor plan awash with natural light and updated for contemporary living. The main floor comes furnished for comfortable group gatherings with an open layout offering plenty of room for everybody to spread out. Kick back with a good book in the sunny sitting area or enjoy family movie and game nights beside the living room fireplace. The kitchen comes equipped with all the major appliances you need for planning at-home meals, plus a dishwasher for easy cleanup.

It worked well for our group. Location perfect. Kitchen a bit under stocked for the number of people that the company says it will accommodate (5 forks - really?, bowls plastic in addition to ceramic ones - not enough ceramic ones). We made it all work and scored additional forks that we left. It was fine - we had a great time.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The living room was very family friendly and the gas fireplace added comfortable ambiance. Also enjoyed the hot tub even though we were unable to get the jets to operate. All in all a very good time.
