Welcome to Seatime 2, a highly in-demand oceanfront vacation home located at Holiday Beach, a pristine, beautiful seven-mile stretch of sand and surf that you will feel is your very own private beach. Located just south of Newport, where restaurants, shopping, and ocean activities abound, you will have no shortage of fun activities to choose from. Seatime 2 is newly remodeled inside, with a new porch, upper deck, and fencing. This rental boasts a great view of the ocean and a private fenced pathway to 70 steps down the steep beach stairs to the white sand. This house in South Beach makes for a wonderful large-group escape, boasting an oceanfront location with sea views, a private hot tub, and a dog-friendly attitude. Natural light, cozy rooms, and various forms of entertainment will please guests of every age and interest. The home is also stocked with anything you might need at the beach, including extras such as beach towels and boogie boards. This home is located a short walk from a long stretch of sandy beach, which is accessible by a private path and a set of stairs. This stretch of coastline is uncrowded and great for hunting for seashells and driftwood. It's also only a short drive north to Newport, where you'll find a wide variety of restaurants, shops, and popular attractions like the Oregon Coast Aquarium and the Yaquina Head Lighthouse. THINGS TO KNOW Dogs are not allowed to be left in the home unattended, not even in a crate. Non-smoking property. No smoking allowed in the house, no vaping. No fireworks allowed anywhere on the property. The rental overlooks the owner’s lawn which is not part of the rental property. Please respect the owner's privacy. For beach access follow the pathway through the ocean-facing gate around the neighbor's yard to the shared staircase to the beach. Signs on gates for Seatime 2, do not use gates marked private.

Such a beautiful property and stunning view. I enjoyed every moment of my three week stay. A well appointed home with every detail considered to make it comfortable for humans and dogs alike. An unusual find that not only allows pets but welcomes them! The beach access is exceptional and safe. No rickety trail or staircase. My dog and I both highly recommend Seatime2!

This was a wonderful house for our family! We loved having the changing table in one of the rooms, plus the sleeping arrangements in the common area were great!! Access to the beach is a bit of a trek with slippery stairs (to be expected on the Oregon coast) but it was a fun walk for our family to take. Thanks for a wonderful visit!

We were lucky to get moved from a previous rental into this home. It was incredible, the views are fantastic, the beds/couch/seating are all so very comfortable. The owners (who live next door) were incredible warm and checked to make sure we had everything we needed. The trek down to the beach was great and the beach is very private and clean. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend.

Our family of 4 spent the weekend here for our 3 year old’s birthday. Beautiful home, and the owners were delightful. Beach access was so convenient; our 3 and 6 yo could make it down the stairs while holding our hands. Highly recommend!!
