House was very clean. House is dated but comfortable and great price. Great access to the beach. Would highly recommend you take your own sundries. The hardware is there but not the software. Had to buy coffee, filter, Kleenex and seasonings for cooking. No big deal as we found a great grocery store that just made the visit that much better.

Accommodates two adults (maybe three w couch) and two youth (single bunk bed). Four chairs for the dining table. Great deck, partial view of beach. Basic cooking was doable and we had dinners there. If you are looking for something more affordable but still walking to the beach, I recommend the LBH.
