The home itself is sunny and welcoming, with a subtly modern nautical decor and warm hardwoods complementing the ocean views. The upper floor's kitchen, dining, and living area are open and spacious, allowing your group to socialize while preparing meals. Take in a movie on the cable TV with DVD player (or bring along your old VHS tapes for the VCR), or grab a board game for some more interactive entertainment. The kitchen has all the usual appliances including an oven with stove top, refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, blender, and dishwasher. Plus plenty of pots and pans, dishes, and utensils to serve a group of hungry hikers or beachcombers. Stools line the built-in bar along the wall, while a four-person table sits near the sliding glass doors that lead to the deck. The location was central and views were beautiful. Easy access to beach and easy walk to town. The kitchen had everything we needed. Overall great stay with family and pup!

The location was great for us. Our dog loved going down the path to the beach and this time of year we had the whole beach to ourselves. The cupboards were full of spices, sugars and filters for our daily coffee. Even had Kcups to use in their supplied maker. Master bed and double beds were very comfortable. Beautiful view of the ocean waves and living near the end of the dead-end street was the best. QUIET! A deer greeted us first thing in the morning taking our dog out for a walk. Thanks again, we'll be back.

The location of this house is prime. It steps away from the beach. There is no air conditioning which we were unaware of but it wasn't that big of an issue, because we were lucky enough to be there on a cooler.Weekend for the summer, although even in the cooler day, it was quite warm and humid upstairs especially. There are no screens on the sliding glass doors upstairs either so opening the doors to allow for airflow would be difficult if it was warmer and there were a lot of bugs outside. We had some issues with cleanliness. It just didn't seem like it was cleaned very well. There was an excessive amount of sand on the bedroom floor upstairs, and people are supposed to take their shoes off downstairs. There were some items that were left in the pullout bed that we assume belonged to the previous renters. The kitchen is stocked fairly well, but if you are coming for any decent amount of time, make sure you bring ziplock bags and foil type of items as well as salt and pepper. The internet worked 12. We didn't watch a lot of tv, but there was access to a lot of streaming apps. All in all the house was okay, but the location really is chop notch. the communication was okay until we asked about the items left in the pull out bed, it's pretty humid and warm without air.Conditioning, and it definitely could have been cleaned much, it's a little bit better.
