This part of Manzanita, just up the hill from the beach, is delightfully quiet thanks to a general absence of car and foot traffic. The wide ocean beach is just over half a mile west, while Laneda Avenue - the town's main thoroughfare that's lined with charming eateries, shops, and galleries - is less than half a mile south.
