Overview

Fairview is a beautiful home located on a very quiet street in South Manzanita. The beach is a quick half-block walk and Manzanita Links is a short walk in the opposite direction. You can also take a leisurely half-mile walk to downtown Manzanita where you can explore the quaint shops or eat delicious treats at any of the local restaurants.

Entering Fairview on the ground level, you will find one of the three bedrooms with a spacious bed and a cozy fireplace. There is also a spacious full bathroom and laundry room. In the garage, you will find a Ping-Pong table, so make sure you bring your competitive family or friends with you to have a Ping-Pong battle. Walk up the stairs to the beautiful living area. Cozy up on the couch or love seat while you enjoy your morning coffee or watch the fire crackle in the electric fireplace. Morning coffee or family meals are best outside on the huge wrap-around deck where you can enjoy the ocean and mountain views. The full kitchen has views into the dining room which seats six. There are two bedrooms and a full bathroom on the upper level.

Beautiful home with views of the ocean and plenty of space. Access to the gorgeous coast down the street from the house! Comfortable and well maintained. Loved having morning coffee and evening cocktails on the deck! Manzanita is a charming and beautiful town. Highly recommend and will definitely be coming back!

We so enjoyed our stay in Manzanita. The lay out out of the home was nice, as one couple could escape downstairs. The kitchen was small but well stocked. Sometimes there can be too many cooks in the kitchen. I loved the pantry with extra kitchen items. We had a fire on the beach which was spectacular. The outdoor shower came in handy after a walk on the beach. The neighborhood is quiet. The property was eccletic, vintage, and comfortable. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Calm and quiet. Roomy. There was a lot of dust on the objects up high. We loved eating out on the deck. I was able to easily make dinner.

This super clean house sleeps 7 in spacious bedrooms. All furniture is comfortable, but the living & dining rooms are overcrowded with it. The deck helps expand living space, and catches the sun all day. A bit of the ocean is visible off its corner. Bathrooms & kitchen are nicely updated, and showers are great. All appliances & furnace work well. Kitchen is tiny, and good for only one person at a time. Cabinets are overstocked, with nowhere to put away your own groceries. We brought wood for the “crackling” fireplace, wood stove, and outdoor pit. But the fireplace is just a flickering electric, the stove is gone, and the fire pit collapsed with our first use. Window shades give privacy, but a few wouldn’t lift, blocking our views all day. The walk to the beach is VERY easy, and there’s a path to town off the main road. We liked much of this property, and would return if the few problems get fixed and the listing is updated to reflect NO wood burning options. A solid 4-star property.
