Our stay at the cottage was very nice. You can't beat the location. The street was quiet, as was the tenant in the back house.

We loved our stay in Manzanita. The location was great. Half a block to downtown and 2 blocks from the beach. We enjoyed being able to easily drive to other towns and state parks.

Overall, the place was great for 2 people. Just an fyi, there is another long term tenant on the same property that we did not know about so it would be beneficial to include in the description. They were friendly and quiet and did not impact the stay at all!

The location is great, close to the beach as well as restaurants. The place is as described, a small and cozy cottage.

Maybe I missed it, it will be good to include in the description that there is another unit with long term renters behind the unit. Also will be good to add some curtains in the top floor as it gets bright with blinds.
