Amazing place to stay. Quiet, relaxing, feels secluded, and a quick drive down to the beach, hiking trails, or cute coastal restaurants. GPS will sometimes try and take you through the gated community, there is a road to the right that leads to the property.

We booked this place on the fly after our original, and much more expensive rental, wasn't as expected and we needed a few more beds. Clean and quaint, wonderful ocean view, very private, good condition overall. The hot tub was clean and worked great. Good sized deck but cushioned seating wasn't usable due to the rain while we were there.

The driveway is tight to get into and also near the house. Negotiating it was very tight for our full-size SUV and our roof rack just barely passed under the eaves of the house. A smaller, nimbler vehicle is recommended for really any of the homes in this area.

The management team wasn't overbearing with a ridiculous set of rules, and was very communicative. We visit the Oregon coast every couple of years and this was one of our best stays.

All in all the house has a wonderful feel as if love has also been a full-time resident as long as it has been occupied. Would definitely stay there again if we don't have the whole family along.
