This property is great for families. We had 4 adults and 2 children ages 6 and 3. The kitchen was spacious, beds comfortable and the washer and dryer a great help. The bikes were older and heavy so we elected to rent. Smoke rolled in and about the same time, one of our party became quite ill so it was necessary to leave early. The property managers were alerted to this. Their response was less than satisfactory. We will not choose Avari properties for future stays.

This was a wonderful full day for my wife and I and our three kids! The house is nice and modern, the hot tub is big! The hosts were very helpful with any questions we had! Definitely a family friendly place to stay and walking distance to the pool and village!

Please note -it’s not anywhere in the listing, but there is only approved parking for two vehicles. Avari waited until the day before check in to notify us about the parking restrictions. I wouldn’t have booked this place since we had 3 vehicles. There’s enough room to easily fit 4 mid size SUVs in the driveway. It looks like the listing has not been updated to include the parking restriction a week later.

We did enjoy our stay. The house is nicely decorated. The kitchen is well stocked. It’s so close to the SHARC that it made it easy to go back and forth.

If you like to play card games at the kitchen table bring a tablecloth. The table is very sticky.
