This trip was a little disappointing due to small things, the WiFi never worked I reached out multiple times and was told maintenance would come and they never did,considering it rained the whole weekend and I had small kids there was nothing to do, the plugs would work on and off making it hard to charge things, the living room floor was not swept, and there was no covers for the pull out couch. The property is beautiful and the location and room looks exactly like the photo. I would stay again but not under this management company, though they always responded they could care less about the issues we were having!

Great location we love the Palms, didn't have the pool view but it was alright. Also our first time in East Tower. Floor was dirty and had a smell like the AC was off that never went away. other than that A+++
