A great place to stay in Destin! The entire resort was clean. The pool was chilly, but had so many options for kiddos. We could still see the ocean even though we weren’t beachside. We didn’t mind starting laundry, or the dishwasher, but if it is part of check-out, it would be convenient to be offered a laundry pod/dish pod. We had to go buy our own to start the check-out process, even though we didn’t need them during the trip. Overall, fantastic stay and we will be returning in the future!

We wanted a place conveniently located to the beach, which this was, and the beds were comfortable to sleep in. It was clean when we arrived and the pool was nice for us to enjoy. Basic condo near the beach is what we wanted and we got it. Parking in covered garage was great on nights we had rain.

I read past reviews and was a little concerned that this would be less than expected but it was not the case at all. I took my parents to Destin for their 55th anniversary. My mom is the first person to complain if things aren't up to par. Upon arriving the Palms of Destin check in staff were wonderful. We were slightly early and they gave us wristbands to go enjoy the pool area and bar until check in. Going up to our room I was a little worried as the hallway had a funny musty smell. However, the room was great. Everything had been recently updated and no funny smell. There was a keurig and coffee pot. This was nice as I could have both my parents happy. The condo was clean and well stocked with everything needed for a beach weekend. FYI for around the area - We highly recommend Dewey Destins Restaurant. Do not use Olin Marler for charter boat fishing (the captain is awful).
