This spacious, row-end townhome sits on the sound side directly across the street from the beach crosswalk. It boasts tons of natural light and has a water view from every window. Enjoy a large balcony overlooking the bay, outdoor seating, custom cornhole boards, a private video game system, an Olympic-size pool, Alexa units, bikes, skylights.

Collect seashells on the white sands of the world's most beautiful beaches, take a refreshing dip in the pool, or explore the sound, which is calm, shallow, and perfect for wading or playing with your kids worry-free. Later, enjoy the cool breeze on the waterfront balcony with its amazing view as you watch the pelicans and dolphins playing directly in front of you. The sunset view off the balcony is truly something you won't forget. Let your guests relax in the living area as you treat them to a delicious meal prepared in the fully equipped kitchen, then wake up each morning to the water outside your window and the bright and cheerful decor of your home-away-from-home.

Be sure to bring the boat along, as a first-come-first-served boat tie-up, an on-site fishing pier, and on-site boat storage are available.

WHAT’S NEARBY
This home sits in a perfect location directly across the street from beach access, next door to both the Tom Thumb convenience store and Peg Leg Pete’s (a local favorite). The Pensacola Beach Cross is a short walk down the road. If you need to get around the island, the trolley stops directly in front of the townhouse and runs from May to October. You will also be within walking/biking distance (one and a half miles) of historical Fort Pickens. The Blue Angels practice over Fort Pickens on scheduled days from March until May. It is not unusual to see them practice over the beach some mornings.

Be sure to visit the gulf’s longest pier, Pensacola Beach Pier, which is one and a half miles east. From April to October each Tuesday night, Bands on the Beach takes place at the Gulfside Pavilion. Across the street from the pier is the Pensacola Beach Boardwalk, which offers a plethora of dining options, lounges, bars, and souvenir stores. The Shell Amphitheater hosts concerts and events and is an ideal place to watch the sunset.

House rules

1. No musical instrument, phonograph, radio, or TV will be played during quiet time if such operation disturbs other condominium occupants.
2. Occupants are responsible for the acts of their children, other family members, guests, servants, or others using the facilities.
3. Automobiles will be parked only in designated areas, and not on the lawns. Boats and trailers may be parked in any area, except the immediate areas in front of the Clubhouse and the areas surrounding the island in front of it. Motor homes can only be parked on the property for one week. This rule also applies to any vehicle or trailer that requires more than one parking space. No vehicle may be occupied either day or night while kept in the parking area.
4. Please observe the rules posted on site of each recreational facility. All facilities are limited to the use of the residents, guests, and owners.
5. Trash and garbage will be properly bagged and placed in the dumpster. No trash containers are to be left outside the townhouse doors, on stairways, or balcony walkways.
6. Occupants will not hang towels or other objects over balcony rails, walkways, or stairways nor will these exterior facilities be used for storage or for articles placed so as to block passageways nor be in violation of local or state fire codes. Clotheslines are prohibited.
7. Renters and guests are not allowed to keep pets. Owners and long-term leaseholders (one month or more) may keep pets but must be responsible for maintaining immediate control of pets at all times and must not allow them to run at large. Pets are not allowed on the beach (Gulf or sound) or in any recreational facility. Pets must be on a leash at all times and owners must immediately remove and dispose of any pet excrement deposited on the grounds. (seeing eye dogs are allowed when necessary for handicapped renters and guests).
8. No more than the number of people listed are allowed. Violating the occupancy limit will require immediate eviction.
9. Fireworks are prohibited on Santa Rosa Dunes property.
10. Grilling on the balconies is prohibited at Santa Rosa Dunes. Electric grills are permissible.
11. No skateboarding or roller blades will be allowed under buildings #9 and #10, around the swimming pool, tennis courts, or on any sidewalk.

If you’re looking for somewhere to stay that has so many extras, this is the place! They had beach chairs, bags, tons of fans for hot nights, umbrellas for the beach, all the little extras! We will absolutely stay here again! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!!!

Loved this space! It was beautiful. Had the opportunity to see someone else’s unit and the unit we stayed in was far better. The amenities were especially nice. So much attention to detail. The owner went above and beyond to provide a nice atmosphere and extras. Everything was clean. It smelled so nice when we first walked in. You can tell they really take good care of this unit.

This unit is in building three. I did not realize that so to save you a little time building three is behind building nine

The only other thing is that it is on the third floor, and there is no elevator. So keep that in mind if you have difficulty climbing stairs.

Great place to stay! Could comfortably fit 5 people without anyone sleeping on the couch. We stayed in the beginning of May with average temperatures of 75 Fahrenheit and bedroom temps were comfortable. Living room is very cozy and comfortable. Brief walk to the beach and comes with great amenities for a beach day. We didn’t get to use a little designated picnic area, but it looked lovely.

A month before arrival I asked if there was a minimum age requirement after looking over the listing multiple times they never said yes or no even after submitting my ID twice. They decide the day of my flight from Houston to FL to let me know we cannot stay there and they canceled our reservation. I called they said they can’t do anything about it. Mind you it was my girlfriend and I only I even specified that and asked to double check if we’re good. They never gave a clear answer. So I had to frantically book a hotel when we landed, most stressful vacation situation I’ve ever experienced. I understand why properties don’t want people under 25 to stay but my god it would’ve been helpful if they clearly stated in the details that there is a minimum age requirement. Completely unprofessional. Thankfully Airbnb listened to my situation and gave me a full refund. I would’ve appreciated it if they let me know in advance not when I’m on the plane flying in. They also said it was my fault.
