The place was clean, loved that the area was a walk from the beach lot of places to eat . Was just perfect!!

We left the house today and already want to go back! Some of our favorite things were: -the location is great! Just walk to the right and out the little gate and turn right and walk straight to the beach! Less than 5 minutes. --the pool is about 6 steps from your back porch!! We loved coming back from the beach, showering by the pool, then hopping into the pool. -the beach accessories were awesome. There are so many beach chairs to use, an umbrella, a cart and wagon to bring everything to the beach!! We were able to return the chairs we bought from Academy because we didn't need them! Things that could be changed: -the living room could use some blankets. There is no extra bedding in case sheets need to be changed at night or someone wants to sleep on the couch. -There are two big bedrooms upstairs but they are so hot at night! My husband and I slept on the couch because it was cooler. We bought a box fan for the kids upstairs and left it in the townhouse for the next family. Enjoy! -the kitchen had a pot of each size, 6 bowls, 6 plates, 6 of each utensil so you will be washing after every meal if you are a family of 6 like us. -There was no seasoning at all. We left some salt and pepper and some seasoning from Louisiana for the next family. -we did wish there was more seating and small table on the back porch. There is only one old picnic table. -the couch is stained but it is comfy. No one could tell us where the HOA was so we had to ride around and look for it. It is a small office on the right when you are leaving the neighborhood. It was closed when we checked in on a Friday and closed on the weekends. You are supposed to check in if you have pets with you. The neighborhood is huge! There is supposed to be 11 pools but we only saw 3 and we never saw the putt putt golf. We would definitely stay here again for the location pool, and accessories for the beach alone!!

We had a great stay! Property and unit is very friendly for families including children and pets. Pool is right out the back door!! This was a HUGE plus for us. There's beautiful landscape, palm trees and flowers on the ground. Multiple trash cans conveniently located for easily picking up after our pets. Nice grassy area at the back door for walking our dogs.
