The location was perfect

There was a coffee maker but no coffee pots. All the TV remotes only had 1 battery in each. And the couch smelled like urine.

We liked the fact that the pool was in the backyard.

The living room TV and Rocku did not connect properly. It had glitches, and the girls could watch TV. We git an email with the code, and I thought it was ready to go in. Of course, we are having issues finding restrooms on the beach area, so we head to the house because I have a 6 - and 8 year old girls. We are 8 minutes away from check-in time, but we already got the email with the code to go on. So I called customer service and they hung up on me and told me there wasn't anything they could do. We just had to wait for 8 minutes, and the codes we received are still not working. I already called on e amd got hung up on. Did not want to get another rude person on the .phone. so I tried the code for maybe a other minte till I decided to call back. They had to give me another code, and the girls got a little sick from holding up and were not able to use the bathroom on time.
