The property location was great. I loved the fact that only people with reservations were allowed on the property and there is a system to ensure this. The home was very spacious and able to accommodate everyone on the trip. It is overall a great home.

Issues were check in, parking, no trash bags, and water pressure. We did arrive late, but it was self check in via code. The code provided didn't work and I had to contact customer service. The time was spent trying to obtain the correct code for the door. This took a little under an hour. In the details provided it stated that parking and bands were included on the resort fee. I found out they were not when speaking with front desk as they were about toake rounds. Parking and bands were an additional $67. There were no spare trash bags for trash and the water pressure in the baths were low. Showers were fine. I figure the pressure is poor due to the property having 15 floors of condos.
