You'll love kicking back on the porch swing and watching the wind blow through the palm trees from your own private deck. The shared outdoor pool is also within eyesight! Natural light floods the inside of this condo, from the furnished living room to the fully equipped kitchen. Central air conditioning makes things cool and comfortable, and there's a ceiling fan in each room so everyone can adjust the temperature to their own preferences. The main bedroom also features an en suite bathroom with a double vanity and an oversized stone standalone shower. Just stick the swimsuits and towels in the private washer/dryer and head to the deck - this is your retreat near the beach! Walk across the street for seafood and groceries. Plus, all that 30-A has to offer is just a few miles West, local favorites and Pier Park are to your East, pizza is a mile away, and the less-crowded West Panama City beaches are right out your door! There is parking available for a $35 fee per vehicle with a max of two vehicles. You will be emailed a Ramsgate Parking Registration Link a week before your arrival date. We usually stay on the East end of PCB, but we wanted to give this side of town a try. We LOVE the neighborhood, the views, the proximity to the beach…and the two chairs and umbrella that come with the unit. It was such a stress free getaway with our family, and we can’t wait to come back!

We had no issues other than you guys need to replace the wine opener. Both of them. Great place to stay. Very quiet and love the short walk to beach.

We had ZERO complaints about this place. The views are stunning. It is right next to the pool and beach access. It stocked everything we needed for some easy cooking. It was clean and bright and the windows 🤩 We hope to be back! May 2025

Loved how close the condo was to the pool and beach entrance. Private beach access and chair service was included in our stay. Very convenient walk to coffee, shops, etc. Grocery stores close by. We could not have been more pleased.
