Had several issues with internet/wifi, you can tell they are updating the condo, and several of codes at gates had issues at time but overall was a good stay

This particular place was a great location and what I thought was a good deal because of location and size of it, ended up very uncomfortable because it had roaches in every room. Reported it in hopes to be moved so me and my guests could be comfortable instead was told it’s a HOA thing and we never even got anyone to come and even check out the issue. Was told someone would come look and spray and no one came. I requested a partial refund but I believe I deserve a full refund. We slept sitting up, afraid to unpack thinking the roaches would latch on and follow us home. Wasn’t able to fully utilize units kitchen because roaches would come and out randomly. Just very uncomfortable!

The place was nice, only had a couple small issues. When we arrived we did not receive any passes for parking, however the lot required them or was at risk to be towed. So we had to contact building manager but issue was solved. A few guests, including myself saw a couple bugs (not 1000% of kind). the pool/beach access code did not work for us, and paint was peeling off of cabinet. (not a big deal just noticed). The fire alarms went off 4 times without anyone cooking or any triggers (once at 4 am) The balcony was beautiful, the view and location was great, and had plenty of space for our guest. ice maker worked great, elevator was fast, beach access was nice and not overcrowded. We overall enjoyed our stay!

The views over the beach and ocean from the spacious 20th floor balcony were incredible. But…
The diagram on the website of the bed configuration was inaccurate.
There weren’t enough glasses, bowls, flatware or seats at the dining table for 14.
None of the bathtubs had functioning plugs.
The sliding door to the balcony from one of the bedrooms did not latch, posing a safety issue for the toddlers in that room.
The sliding door from the other bedroom had an electrical cord spanning the threshold, posing a trip hazard.
I’ve never seen cleaning, paint and hardware supplies readily accessible to the renter: The utility closet with brooms and a vacuum also housed paint cans and had a broken latch. The master bedroom closet had a flatscreen tv leaning up against the wall. The hutch in the dining area had lightbulbs and random hardware in one drawer.
I had to clean the washer (mold, hair & a shell) before using.
The Avari team was unresponsive.
I paid far too much for this subpar unit.

Walked into the place wreaking of pot and still smoky inside. The smell was so strong it smelled the entire 3 day stay. The floor inside the condo was dirtier than the floor outside, no possible way we'd have put our babies on the floor. We mopped a few areas multiple times and it never came clean. Pool and gym entry codes did not work, ended up having to get new codes from the owner not the host. People were throwing stuff from the 20th floor. Pool was nice, beach access was nice. Parking was good, good food within walking distance.
