Relax with your loved ones and enjoy our panoramic view of the sugary white sand and emerald green water! The enticing balcony overlooks what Panama City Beach is known for; white sand and the Gulf of Mexico as far as the eye can see! Views can be enjoyed from the private balcony, open floor plan, and the main suite. This home away from home with tropical flair has been tastefully redecorated and updated in 2019. Featuring a nicely appointed and well-equipped kitchen, an on-site washer/dryer, TVs in bedrooms, and a prime location in central Panama City Beach with outstanding restaurants and shopping nearby, this retreat is the best option out there. THINGS TO KNOW During Spring Break, all occupants must be a minimum of 25 years old unless it is children traveling with parents or legal guardians. Beach chair service rentals are available from Mar. 1 to Oct. 31. This is not included in this rental.

My best friend and I split a condo every September with our families to save money. This is one of the best we have stayed in! The location was great - close to the spots we like to go to, and the view was spectacular. The balcony was large, and we could all sit out there together to enjoy the sound the of waves - 4 adults and 2 kids. The interior was spacious and well appointed. We cooked very little, but had what we needed for hot dogs and tater tots. We appreciated the option to have a drip coffee pot, as we enjoy enjoy several cups of coffee in the morning. The bed in the primary was a little firm for my liking, but comfortable enough. We we able to hook up our Roku to the internet and stream with no problem. We were also able to catch the Auburn game without issue on cable. The unit was clean, and we can be picky about that. We've stayed elsewhere in a unit where the air vents were all caked in dust - not to be seen in this unit! We both agreed this is an excellent option for our annual trip, and we will likely book it again next year if the dates are open.
