Only issue was getting dock code timely and correctly. One suggestion: patio needs a good cleaning after guests check out. Lots of grass, dirt and spider webs etc. that could easily be blown off during cleaning process.

Getting into the unit was frustrating. The code provided did not work, and it took 20–30 minutes to get someone on the phone. The representative I spoke with did not speak English as her first language, which made communication a little difficult, but she eventually provided a working code.

The kitchen was well furnished with cookware, and the common areas were generally clean, but the attention to detail was lacking. The vents were very dusty, some pans were not clean, and there was a noticeable mold or mildew odor when walking in. It appeared there may have been a recent water leak based on the bubbling paint and cracked sheetrock near the living room wall and ceiling.

The most frustrating part of the stay was the bedding. The fitted sheet was too small for the mattress and would not stay in place, so keeping it on became a nightly battle after the first night.
That said, the location was great, the local residents were friendly, and parking was very good. Overall, not a bad place

We came the first part of Thanksgiving week. Loved the place. Well decorated without too much clutter. King sized bed was comfortable. Loved being on first floor. Had all the essential dishes etc. The weather was perfect with temperatures in the mid to upper seventies. Very nice accommodations.
